The Research Group Networks and Mobility is part of the Department of Mobile Computing of the School of Informatics, Communications and Media at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Hagenberg, which focuses on various topics, including but not limited to mobile communications, simulation and modelling and intelligent transportation systems. The research group works in close cooperation with the University, which allows the integration of education and research activities, providing both undergraduate, graduate and PhD students to carry out projects in the research group as part of their studies. This holds true most particularly for students working on their bachelor’s or master’s thesis, who can contribute in industriral and / or academic projects under the guidance of the group’s research staff.
Currently, the research group hosts 2 PhD students and 4 graduate students which are working on different projects.
